Returns

We only accept returns if an item arrives damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at (info@motherlan.com) within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

Your order number
Clear photos showing the damage or issue

Returned items must be:

Unworn and unused
In original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:

Non-delivery: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window:
2–4 weeks for ready-to-ship items
4–8 weeks for pre-order or made-to-order items (clearly stated on the product page)

You may request a refund once the delivery window has passed.

Damaged items: A full refund will be issued once the item is returned and the issue is confirmed.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

The only exception is if the order is flagged as fraudulent by our payment processor or security system, in which case it will be cancelled and refunded automatically.

Shipping Delays & Issues

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for postal or customs delays. However, we will assist where possible if a package is lost or undelivered.

Pre-Orders / Made-to-Order Items

Some items are released on a pre-order or made-to-order basis. This will be clearly stated on the product page, along with the relevant delivery timeframe (typically 4–8 weeks).

Please take this into consideration before purchasing.
